Browse restaurants on the home page, select a vendor, add items to your cart, fill in your delivery details, and pay securely via Paystack. Your vendor is notified instantly.
We accept debit cards and bank transfers via Paystack. All transactions are secured and encrypted. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Yes, refunds are available for orders that were not delivered to you. You must contact our support team within 1 hour of the expected delivery time. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Delivery time varies by vendor and depends on how busy they are. Most orders arrive within 15–45 minutes. You can see the estimated delivery time on each vendor's page.
There is a flat ₦50 service fee per order, plus a ₦200 delivery fee. Both are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. These fees help us keep Bukadash running.
After payment, you'll be redirected to a live order status page showing each step — Order Placed, Vendor Confirmed, Being Prepared, and On the Way. You'll also receive WhatsApp notifications.
